🌿Ayako Plum is a hybrid proprietary variety grown at Mair Farm-Taki and named after my mama and the founder of this jam company. This tree is still in its infancy compared to the rest of those in the orchard at just seven years old, so the fruit yield is special and small. This jam evokes the velvety depths of Damson Plum, with the herby perfume of eucalyptus. 

🌿Shokupan rusks are reminiscent of sugar cookies -- made from our Shokupan loaves, cut into triangles and lathered in butter and sugar for a twice baked, crunchy, flakey bite of heaven. Perfect to dip in your coffee or tea or enjoyed straight from the bag.
