Farmers Markets

Founded upon the belief of sourcing exclusively from local farms, Ayako & Family returns to Seattle farmers markets year-round. At the market stand, taste through and shop the entire collection of jams including our market exclusive cocktail syrups.

Ayako & Family introduced our shokupan to the University District Farmers Market in 2017, a distinctive style of leavened white bread ubiquitous in Japan. We bake ours using locally milled bread flour from Small's Family Farm in Walla Walla, Washington and a European-style butter. Shop our bread by the loaf or as toast with jam, exclusively at the markets.
