Founded upon the belief of sourcing exclusively from local farms, Ayako & Family returns to Seattle farmers markets year-round. At the market stand, taste through and shop the entire collection of jams including market exclusive products like our cocktail syrups and bitters.
Ayako & Family introduced our shokupan to the University District Farmers Market in 2017, a distinctive style of leavened white bread ubiquitous in Japan. We bake ours using locally milled bread flour from eighth generation Smalls Family Farm in Walla Walla, Washington and european style butter. Shop our bread by the loaf or as toast with jam, exclusively at the markets.
