Our shokupan is a Japanese style 2lb pullman loaf, reminding you of your favorite soft, springy white bread but featuring locally milled Washington bread flour and high fat european butter, creating a uniquely approachable and delicious, clean flavored, neither sweet nor sour, slice of bread. Our loaves come unsliced and packaged for freshness, our loaves stays fresh for up to six days from production date or slice and freeze to store for future use.

This is a pre-order for pick up only on 11/19 at our pop-up event held at TiVOLi in Fremont, Seattle. You must pick up between 10am-1pm. You can view more information about the event here as well as to purchase tickets. You do not need to purchase a ticket to the event to purchase bread for pick-up. Whole loaves only at this time. Due to freshness, we are unable to offer refunds or offer pick ups on alternative days if pick-up window is missed. Thank you for your support and understanding!
