Shokupan Whole Loaf - 11/26 Local Pick-Up Only

This is a pre-order for pick-up only on 11/26 at our workshop in Fremont, Seattle. You must pick up between 10am-1pm. We are unable to offer refunds or offer pick ups on alternative days if pick-up window is missed. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Our shokupan is a Japanese style 2lb pullman loaf, reminding you of your favorite soft, springy white bread, featuring locally milled Washington bread flour and high fat European butter, creating a uniquely approachable and delicious, clean flavored, neither sweet nor sour, slice of bread. Our loaves come unsliced and packaged for freshness, our loaves is best enjoyed within the first 3-4 days from production date or freeze to store for future use. Toasts up well from frozen!

Use for French toast, sandwiches, toast, croutons, stuffing, panko, and anything else your heart desires. <3
